TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Donations made to Shri Swami Rama foundation, Bhurewala via Razorpay are used solely for educational and charitable purposes as intended by the organization. By donating, the donor agrees that the funds are contributed voluntarily and unconditionally. Donation from Indian citizens are exemption under Section 80G of IT Act 11 -Clause (i) of first proviso to sub- section (5) of section 80G.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our donors. Personal and payment information collected during the donation process is used only for processing donations, issuing receipts, and complying with legal requirements. No data is shared with third parties without consent.
REFUND POLICY
Donations are non-refundable.
